We highly recommend starting your dog with one or two weights. Over the course of 30 days, to improve your dog’s fitness, you can gradually add more weight. Just like with humans, it’s best to start slow and increase the weight over time.

Please note that if your dog is a puppy or still growing, we do not recommend using this weighted harness, as it may put pressure on their bones and joints, potentially causing harm if they are not fully developed.
